Three bedroom duplex with large sea facing terrace - Frontline close to port and town.
The large and well presented, fully air conditioned, modern duplex apartment near the marina of Estepona has a huge terrace with stunning views over the Mediterranean sea. On the top floor of the penthouse, you will find the lounge / dining room, with its access to the terrace, the fully fitted and very-well appointed kitchen plus the master bedroom with its huge comfortable bed (and an en-suite bathroom). There is also a separate guest cloakroom on this floor. The lounge offers a flat screen television with international televisions channels (British, German, French, Scandinavian etc) and high-speed internet access. On the lower floor of the apartment, you will find two further bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to their own small balconies. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to the centralised air-conditioning system, which efficiently cools or heats the whole apartment. Walking out on to the terrace, you’ll find comfortable seating from which to enjoy the views, a dining table and six chairs, plus the built-in charcoal barbeque. Within the urbanization, you’ll find two swimming pools. From here you’ll find the gate that offers access to Playa del Cristo. From the apartments, it is about a 8 minute walk to the marina of Estepona, with its supermarkets, restaurants and cafe-bars. There is also a Sunday Market in the marina, and a Wednesday market close by each week. As everything is in such close proximity, a car is not required in this location, although a car parking space is provided if you want to use it,
This spacious penthouse is located between Estepona port - with its wide selection of restaurants, cafe bars and supermarkets - and Playa del Cristo with its calm waters, soft sand and a gently sloping entrance into the water. Playa del Cristo also offers two cheringuitos, or beach bars, offering food, drinks and sunbed/parasol hire. Playa la Rada is also in walking distance of the holiday apartment, if you wanted a little more exercise! 
The quaint old town of Estepona with its white washed, cobbled streets and traditional centre is a 20 minute walk away. Head to plaza de las flores for its street cafes and ice cream parlours, or Calle Terraza for some shopping. On Calle Real, you’ll find traditional tapas bars and restaurants. Near to the apartments is the bull-ring of Estepona, where in summer concerts are held. Here are also a couple of museums – one showcasing Estepona’s history, which dates back to Phonetian times and the other has the history of bull fighting in the area. This apartment is very convenient for sight-seeing if you wanted to visit Granada (and the Alhambra Palace), Seville, Cordoba, Gibraltar etc. Excursions can be booked in Time in Spain offices in the marina if you don’t wish to hire a car.
Frontline close to port and town centre

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. 
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
